Fax and e-mail Connector for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Ferrari electronic in cooperation with Belware GmbH offers a genuine connector for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This fax connector is available for all OfficeMasters (as of version 3) as an extension gateway and contains the following features:

Fax Connector:

• Fax dispatch for all Navision print documents configurable
• Delayed transmission at any time
• Serial letters and broadcast transmission function (with imbedding in the CRM solution)
• Night transmission between freely configurable start and end times
• Full follow-up of transmission status
• Response in Navision with the time, status and identifier of the remote station
• Forced info report at non-dispatch adjustable per user in Navision
• Detailed dispatch journal and separate response journal fully integrated into Navision
  
  

E-mail Connector:

• Creates a TIF file attachment of the generated document which then is sent via e-mail
• Individual e-mail signature and subject line as defined in Navision
• E-mail has customized body text for any combination (user/report)
• Full status follow-up per journal function
